Move Into a Home You Actually Know Is Clean
Moving into a new home or apartment is exciting. What is not exciting is wondering what the previous occupants left behind — in the oven, behind the toilet, inside the cabinets, in the bathroom grout. Even if the property was professionally cleaned before you got the keys, you have no way of knowing how thorough that cleaning actually was. A move-in cleaning in Houston gives you certainty.
Even properties that look clean on the surface often have areas that have not been properly addressed between tenants or owners. Cabinet interiors with crumbs and residue from the previous tenant. Refrigerator shelves that were wiped but not sanitized. Bathroom grout that has not been scrubbed in months. Baseboards coated in dust. That buildup is there whether you can see it or not — and you will be living with it every day.
Our Houston move-in cleaning service gives you the fresh start you deserve. We come in before your furniture arrives — or while the space is still empty — and clean the entire property to a standard that lets you unpack with confidence. Every surface, cabinet, appliance, and corner is addressed. This is not a surface wipe-down — it is a comprehensive deep-level clean designed specifically for properties in transition.
Our move-in cleaning team in Houston handles homes, apartments, condos, and townhomes throughout the Greater Houston area. We clean inside all cabinets and drawers, sanitize bathrooms completely, degrease kitchens, and ensure every room is ready for your belongings. Whether you are moving into a rental apartment in Midtown, a house in the suburbs, or a high-rise condo downtown, our move-in cleaning service prepares the space properly.
You should be able to put dishes in your cabinets, sleep in your bedroom, and use your bathroom without wondering what was there before. That is what a professional move-in cleaning in Houston guarantees — peace of mind from day one in your new home.

When to Schedule Your Houston Move-In Cleaning
1Between Closing/Lease Start and Move-In
The ideal time to schedule a move-in cleaning is between your lease or closing date and your actual move-in date. This gives us full access to the empty space, which means we can reach every surface, clean every cabinet, and address every room without working around furniture or boxes.
2Partial Move-In
If that window is tight, we can also work around a partial move — just let us know what areas you need prioritized.
3Before Unpacking
If boxes have arrived but you have not unpacked yet, we can still clean around them. The more accessible the space, the more thorough we can be.
Move-In Cleaning vs. Move-Out Cleaning
Both services are deep-level cleans and use the same comprehensive checklist. The difference is timing and intent.
A move-out cleaning is performed by the outgoing tenant to meet lease-return standards and recover their security deposit. A move-in cleaning is performed for the incoming tenant or new homeowner who wants to clean the space to their own standard — regardless of what was done (or not done) by whoever lived there before.
Even if the previous occupant had a professional move-out cleaning done, many new Houston homeowners and renters prefer to have their own move-in cleaning performed before settling in. It is peace of mind, not redundancy.

Please ensure that your home is empty, as that will allow us to clean every nook and cranny to perfection. We don't mind throwing out a garbage bag or two but if you need us to remove trash, it needs to be under 30lbs and we will charge by the hour for trash removal at a rate of $75 per hour. Please ensure that the electricity is on for your move in/out cleaning so our cleaners can turn on the lights and plug in their vacuum.
For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
