If your landlord or property manager identifies a cleaning issue after our visit, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no additional charge. Our goal is a passed inspection — and we do not consider the job done until that is accomplished.

Note: Our guarantee applies to cleaning quality. It does not cover pre-existing property damage, items outside the scope of the cleaning agreement, or inspection disputes unrelated to cleaning standards.

13-5 Days Before Lease End

We recommend booking your move-out cleaning at least 3 to 5 days before your lease end date or final walkthrough. This gives time for the cleaning itself (typically 4 to 8 hours depending on property size), any touch-up visit if needed, and your landlord walkthrough after the cleaning is complete.

Yes. For us to clean every surface, closet, and cabinet to move-out standard, the property should be cleared of all personal belongings and furniture before we arrive. If you have items remaining, let us know at booking and we will discuss options.

Yes. Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on to our move-out cleaning. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning upon vacating. Add it when booking and we will handle everything.

As early as possible — ideally one to two weeks before your move date. Move-out cleaning is one of our most in-demand services, especially from May through August when Houston's rental turnover is at its peak. Early booking secures your preferred date and time.

Move-out cleaning is priced by property size. It is priced higher than standard cleaning because of the comprehensive scope — every cabinet, appliance, closet, and surface must be cleaned to rental-return standards. Contact us for an exact quote based on your property size, condition, and timeline.

We spot-clean scuffs and marks. If your walls need repainting or have significant damage, that's beyond cleaning scope — but basic spots, we handle.

Call us immediately. Depending on availability, we may be able to come back that same day to address concerns. Our goal is a passed inspection — and we do not consider the job done until that is accomplished.

Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!

If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Please ensure that your home is empty, as that will allow us to clean every nook and cranny to perfection. We don't mind throwing out a garbage bag or two but if you need us to remove trash, it needs to be under 30lbs and we will charge by the hour for trash removal at a rate of $75 per hour. Please ensure that the electricity is on for your move in/out cleaning so our cleaners can turn on the lights and plug in their vacuum.

For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
